Lipsticks.

I have never been a 'lipstick' person. I used to find it such a faff, and preferred a plain lip. But you must try new things, and so I bought some new lipsticks at the weekend.
Before going wild with expensive lipsticks to find I wasn't a lipstick girl after all, I just went for highstreet brands.
I purchased two Revlon lipsticks; a pearlised 'Super Lustrous Lipstick' in 'Sky Line Pink' and a matte 'Pink Pout', and alongside I purchased Rimmel 'Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick' in 'Rosetta'.

Isn't 'Pink Pout' adorable?! It's quite close to my natural lip colour, and has a lovely matte texture to it.
'Sky Line Pink' looks lovely on it's own or over another lipstick! On it's own it's quite a nude-ish subtle sheen, something that you would probably pair with more dramatic eye make-up. In the photo of it on my lips it's just on it's own, but I have been wearing it over 'Pink Pout'. It gives a nice pink with a glittery sheen, which is a combination I could wear everyday, 'cause it's nothing too dramatic and is a nice cute girly colour!
I'm not sure about 'Rosetta'. It's a lot darker than the other two, and isn't something I'd wear everyday. I think I could probably get used to it though, it is a lovely colour and gives lips lovely shine.

In conclusion, I think my lipstick collection is going to grow from here on in... definitely hooked!
I think next time I'll perhaps go for a couple of Illamasqua or MAC lipsticks, just because they look amazing. And I like a little bit of high-end makeup (who doesn't?!).
